HEALTH CHECKS

With each groom Angelic Groom's will perform the following health checks to ensure the your beloved dog stays in the best condition:
 

• Ears checked for sickness or disease

• Eye surround checked for any abnormalities

• Nails checked for splitting, breakage, or deformity

• Teeth check for disease or breakage 

• Foot pad signs of any cuts, cracking, foreign bodies or abrasions 

• Sanitary areas and groin checked for discharge or disease  

• Anal glands checked and owner informed if drainage necessary 

• Nose checked for visible signs of allergy or disease; parasites i.e fleas, ticks, mites, worms 

• Skin and coat allergy, loss of hair, dandruff etc.

• Temperament behavioral e.g biting, fear, barking, growling etc.

HAIRCUTS

full grooming with different styles including Asian fusion and teddy bear, making it easy to maintain.

 

HAND-WASHING IN WARM FRESH WATER

I use fresh water straight from the tap so unlike a hydro-bath that just recycles dirty water, hand washing ensures a cleaner wash and no shampoo residue left on the coat.

 

SHAMPOO

All products are free of toxic ingredients as well as soap, paraben and phosphate free.

Shampoos are chosen for specific coat and if the dog has sensitive skin a special shampoo will be used to help heal and nourish the skin.

NAIL CLIPPING

EARS AND EYES CLEANING

To remove build up grime and ear powder to dry the ear canal.

AROMA-CARE AND DEODORANT

Natural and non toxic

TOWEL DRIED & BLOW DRIED

Variable speed to ensure the dog is comfortable

KNOTS REMOVAL

I have tools to help ease knots but please note if the dog has a lot of matts i will choose humanity over vanity for the dogs well being.

SKIN CHECK

Before grooming i will go over the dogs body to check for lumps and bumps to ensure they are not nicked.

​

CONDITIONING

Conditioning treatment and sprays to help stay knot free.

​

FLEA RINSING

Flea shampoo and rinse will be added to bath if dogs have fleas.

Please note if the dog has fleas there will be and extra $5 charge for a tablet to kill fleas.

HEALTHY DOGGY TREAT

As a reward and so they know its a positive experience. 

I use positive reinforcement and if they are treat orientated the will be given treats to reinforce the grooming as positive experience.
